It hears where you actually are.
Not a karaoke percentage. Antara streams your pitch against the target and names the state in plain language: on target, close, or off — each with its own color, the way a tuned ear would describe it.
One ear, nineteen ways of listening.
A single shared speech encoder (wav2vec2-base) feeds nineteen fine-tuned task heads — twelve active today, seven deferred — each listening for something different: pitch, vocal quality, svara, and more.
Every model is graded openly, in the app’s own Model Lab — no head pretends to be more certain than it is.

Hindustani and Carnatic sit as equals, each raga paired with its Carnatic twin. Thirty-two guided exercises carry you through five tracks. The whole practice room — guitar, tabla, harmonium, tanpura — waits alongside.

Onboarding ends with “Sing your Sa”: a comfortable tone, held five seconds, read by autocorrelation. That note becomes home — every drone and exercise after it shifts into your key.
